Foreign ministers from five countries have condemned Turkey’s actions in the Mediterranean, said Kathimerini.

The five countries are Greece, Cyprus, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and France. They condemned Turkish actions in territorial waters of the eastern Mediterranean.

The issue was discussed by the foreign ministers of the five countries. Cyprus and Greece have already received support from the EU.

The Turkish government is trying to drill gas into the area. This is defined as a violation of international law.

The position on the Turkish government’s agreement with Libya is similar. Turkey’s foreign ministry has denied the allegations.

Representatives of the country say the Greek government is trying to challenge its legitimate interests, claiming that France is leading these attempts.
