In fact, Juliana has divergent interests. She graduated in interior design in Norway, is a soccer referee, participates in beauty pageants, and is currently a journalism student at the University of National and World Economy. He speaks Norwegian, English and French.

Juliana was born and studied in Pazardzhik when she went to Norway with her mother when she was 12 years old. There they spend five years of their life. In the northern country, the girl is completing her secondary education – interior design. He also trains soccer.

“It is very beautiful and calm in Norway, but people are very cold. This is what forced me to stay away from football a bit. In the team where I trained and played, there were only Norwegians. The coach liked him a lot, he played constantly and I was even a scorer. However, the girls could not accept the fact that I was not Norwegian and it was complicated, “says Juliana.

The love for football comes from

the girl’s grandfather

who was soccer

coach

From a very young age, she played soccer with her grandfather, who transmitted his love for the most popular game to her.

“I became a soccer referee by accident. My mother and I had already returned from Norway and I was at the dentist. An unknown man appeared there, with whom we talked. He began to explain to me that there are no soccer referees. I shared that he coached soccer. and I asked if women could also become soccer referees. The man invited me to the regional center of the Bulgarian Soccer Union in Pazardzhik and offered me to take the soccer referee course. I went, everyone was very happy for me, “he recalls Juliana.

She admits that in the first matches she was a referee, it was difficult for her. Mostly in coordination, but she was infallible in an ambush. In 2019, Juliana was named the best assistant judge for women in the Sofia area. Since this year, he has also presided over football matches as head referee. He does not hide his ambition to develop in this field, which he currently accepts as a hobby.

“Soccer refereeing is inside of me. I feel the game. Many observers, delegates, judges also say it. I want to develop myself, I don’t think I will give up football refereeing. For now, this is my main priority,” says Juliana. His dream is to referee the Champions League final.

Like football refereeing by chance and jokingly, he began to study journalism. “We were a company with a lot of strangers. When I see strangers, I start to question them. A boy I asked about various things told me:

“Are you a journalist?”

it’s you why are you asking me

so much

questions? “

I explained that I was just curious and he advised me to study journalism. I thought about his words and then applied. I was admitted to the University of National and World Economy and now I study journalism. I’m already a second year student, I really like it ”, explains Juliana.

He is already an intern at the BNT Academy of Journalism, which gives him a new additional incentive for development. He admits that he wants to become an investigative journalist, but at some point he dreams of having his own television show.

Juliana does not intend to give up participating in beauty pageants and her modeling work. He started with competitions at an early age. The first one she participated in years ago was “Mini Miss Pazardzhik”, for which her mother recorded it. She also appeared in pageants for Miss Pazardzhik; in 2016 it became second, this year third. Take part in competitions while resting at sea.

She was chosen to participate in this year’s Miss Bulgaria pageant as a representative of Pazardzhik. She won the title of “Miss Bulgaria Globe 2020” and will represent our country in the international “Miss Globe” contest next year, so it is not yet known in which country it will take place.

Juliana explains that she does not seek fame and media attention in her beauty pageant appearances. He does it for the challenge, the excitement, meeting new people, making new friends. “I never wanted to be the center of attention,” he said, jealously guarding his privacy.

However, she admits that she does not have a man by her side at the moment, and her true friends are counted on the fingers of both hands, although she has many good acquaintances. He said that
