A video showing him masturbating was posted online and later commented on on the sports channel MatchTV.
Dzuba himself has yet to comment on the leaked video in any way, and after the incident he deleted his Instagram account.
It is assumed that the compromising material was shot a year ago by the footballer himself.
It is not clear if he sent it to someone or if his phone was hacked and he did not succumb to organized crime.
Russia coach Stanislav Cherchesov has announced that the forward will not play in the next three national team matches against Moldova, Turkey and Serbia.
