The so-called “Trio Veneno” organized a protest demonstration in Sofia. Under the slogan “Wake up the government,” the protesters marched through the city and reached the Boyana government residence, where they chanted “resign.”
Arman Babikyan of the Poison Trio said the rally’s message was “To eliminate the virus of power.” According to him, the “virus” resides in the Council of Ministers and in the government residence “Boyana”.
“We are following the path of power that the virus is advancing, which has infected our entire country for 11 years,” Babikyan explained. He stressed that the protesters will not give up their resignation. According to him, between 30 and 40 cars participate in the rally.
He pointed out that the route is symbolic, as it should be for the rulers.
“These people must realize that what is currently happening in our country as a pandemic and as a humanitarian crisis is the clearest picture of their power: chaos, neglect, corruption and, sadly, death,” Babikyan added.
He described the government’s attempts to control the coronavirus crisis as “pathetic”. According to him, the situation is very scary.
