A man stabbed a dog in Sofia’s Nadezhda district for no reason, reports DOG Help-BG.
This is the second attack on all fours in two days.
“When will there be a zoo police working! Here you can see and know who the perpetrator is and signals will be sent to the prosecutor’s office. This atrocity is happening in Nadezhda 4 district,” the organization said.
The attack took place in front of a store where people were taking care of the dog. For no reason, Mitko D. walks by and stabs the dog in the neck. The man has a criminal past and is known in the neighborhood.
“The dog is in good condition so far, we have offered veterinary help to the people who care for him, but they will take him to their nearby vet,” said DOG Help-BG.
Later, in another post, it became clear that the aggressor had been arrested. “If anyone was at the scene and witnessed the incident or another incident from the same person, please contact us!” Called DOG Help-BG. In addition, adopters of the dog are already being sought.
