Today, 135 years after that bright day, when the Principality of Bulgaria and Eastern Romelia met in Bulgaria, we, the heirs of the participants and the spectators of those events, are separated. The pompous words of politicians and the artificially elevated tone of the media cannot fool anyone.
Hypocrisy emanates from the government, its opponents radiate anger, many Bulgarians await the result, and there are many who do not know what we are talking about. Celebrations are organized, there will be dawn, so what? Unification will not be obtained and the date will be used for propaganda and opposition.
Let’s take Plovdiv. The city is the capital of the Union. I think it should have been the capital until now, but that’s another matter. President Rumen Radev will be present at the celebration tonight. At his side will probably be the president of the National Assembly Tsveta Karayancheva, called by her party sponsor, the PKP. (Ask him about Captain Raicho and his sensual intellect will shine… Anyway, let me tell you that Cap. Rayko Nikolov died on September 6 chasing a corrupt official in Plovdiv.) There will be investigations, trials and imprisonment for the robbers. Make sure that Karakachanov and others like him will look completely different.
