The District Attorney’s Office – Stara Zagora presented as accused a 24-year-old man for taking BGN 20 and a mobile phone from the possession of a 74-year-old pensioner on December 3, 2020 in the town of Dabovo, using force and Robbery it is accompanied by murder. This was announced by the press center of the Prosecutor’s Office.
On December 5, the police received a signal from the victim’s son, who said he had found his father dead, falling to the ground by the front door of his house, with blood on his face.
The body of the victim was found in front of the glazed hall that leads to the rooms of the house, as one of the windows in the door was broken.
During the initial actions of the investigation, it was established that there were traumatic injuries to the body and death occurred as a consequence of blood loss.
In just 24 hours, the police identified the killer.
The crime committed by him is punishable by imprisonment of 15 to 20 years, life imprisonment or life imprisonment without parole.
