For the period 28.10.2020 – 10.11.2020 for the Veliko Tarnovo district, a 14-day morbidity of 271.32 per 100 thousand inhabitants was reported (morbidity code red).
During the last 24 hours in the territory of the Veliko Tarnovo district there have been 41 new laboratory confirmed cases of COVID-19.
In relation to laboratory confirmed cases of COVID-19 of professors of the University of Sofia “Bacho Kiro”, Pavlikeni (1 professor); Sofia University “Ivan Momchilov” (1 professor) and DG “Joy” (1 professor), Elena; Kindergarten “Zdravets” (1 teacher) and kindergarten “Evgenia Kisimova” (1 teacher), Veliko Tarnovo quarantined for 10 days are placed in contact with students, children and teachers of the respective classes and groups.
The RHI – Veliko Tarnovo has ordered the relevant measures against the epidemic: cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces and premises of school buildings and kindergartens; transition from classroom training to e-learning for students in quarantine, etc.
As of 00:00 on November 11, 2020 on the territory of the Veliko Tarnovo district, a total of 1305 people have been diagnosed with COVID-19, of which:
– cured: 619 people,
– in home isolation: 514 people,
– hospitalized: 133 people,
– died: 39 people.
During the last 24 hours in the territory of the Veliko Tarnovo district, two men died, respectively, at the age of 24 and 71 years. RHI – Veliko Tarnovo expresses its condolences to the families of the deceased.
