BNT: What do you think caused them?
Slavi Angelov – journalist: In my opinion, what provoked these people is a series of publications that somehow illuminate them. And that enlightenment is something that is quite unacceptable to them right now, given their ambitions.
Slavi Angelov, however, says he cannot be 100 percent sure who the perpetrators of the attack are, and hopes they will reach investigators.
Slavi Angelov – journalist: They may or may not come. I wish you the best. Otherwise, I can say that generally in such cases, the guarantors do not face retaliation, they are not punished by justice, they are generally punished by fate due to the lifestyle they lead.
On the night of the beating, Slavi saw only one of the perpetrators, but not his face, and was unable to recognize him among the detainees.
Slavi Angelov – journalist: The one who hit me first and knocked me to the ground and then hit me on the head, but was wearing a mask, so I couldn’t recognize him. The other two, who with some metal objects, I still do not know what exactly, broke my legs, I did not see them, because after the impact I hit my head on the ground and for some time I lost consciousness.
