The Coronavirus did not send a major championship until 2022

The amount in question was to be released after the end of the European Championship, but due to the pandemic of a coronavirus that blocks sports and soccer in particular, the funds were released earlier to help clubs.

On a contractual basis, the amount owed by UEFA to clubs amounts to at least € 200 million, which is also based on revenue from the finals, which would take place this summer but were postponed to next year.

One of the 676 clubs in question will receive the sum of 630,000 euros, but his name has not been named. The amount is calculated based on the club’s players who participated in the matches of the respective national teams.

€ 2.7 million of this total will be allocated after the completion of the Euro 2020 negotiations later this year.
