A member of a sectional electoral commission in Plovdiv’s Proslav district violated voting secrecy and displayed the ballot as a Michael Jackson poster, writes Maritsa.
Curiosity is happening in front of the eyes of the first voter in section 44 at the local Todor Kableshkov school. The commission member in question presents a broken ballot and a folded ballot with an early bird stamp. Cast your vote in the dark room, then return for the latest special ops. So far so good.
However, just seconds later, the secret of the vote falls. The PEC member in the section starts looking for a part that he has to tear off and put in a separate box. Apparently he was not careful in training, because he unfolds the entire bulletin so that whoever wants, except him, can see it. This also shows who you voted for.
After the “find the piece” game, put the second stamp and the ballot is already in the ballot box. What happened violates the methodological instructions of the CCA, which establish that it is forbidden to unfold a folded ballot when the piece is torn off.
The section itself started working at 07.10, at 07.15 the members were still arriving at the school to take their places.
