1919 newly infected with COVID-19 in our country and another 69 died – Diseases

There are 1,919 new cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria with 10,648 tests performed in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Unified Information Portal at midnight. 18 percent of all subjects tested positive.

7,748 of the tests in the last 24 hours were PCR, of which 1,269 were positive. 2,900 rapid antigen tests were performed, of which 650 were positive. To date, a total of 2,166,074 tests have been performed.

The confirmed cases of the new coronavirus in our country are currently a total of 352,259, of which 69,177 are active. 269,575 people were cured, of which 3,484 were registered during the last 24 hours.

Dr. Branzalov: If we have another peak, everything should be closed for 10 days.

There are 10,521 hospitalized patients with a proven coronavirus infection, 758 of them are in intensive care units or clinics.

The doses of vaccines administered are a total of 502,078, with 3,993 people being vaccinated per day.

According to the National Information System of our country, COVID-19 was found in 12,129 medical employees.

The death toll in which the new coronavirus was confirmed was 13,507, 69 of which were from the last day.
