The Bulls tried to move the game into the Juventus half in search of a draw. Torino put pressure on his opponent, but there were no dangers in front of Wojciech Szczesny’s gate. In the 22nd minute, the Bianconeri defense made a mistake by crossing into the penalty area, after which the ball hit Thomas Rincón. The midfielder fired a shot, but Alex Sandro blocked it perfectly.

In the 26th minute Torino reestablished the tie. Antonio Sanabria was the most resourceful in the penalty area after Wojciech Szczesny intervened after a long shot and headed at point-blank range.

In the 70th minute Alex Sandro focused on the penalty area, where Cristiano Ronaldo was above everything, but his header went over the door. Five minutes later, Juan Cuadrado went forcefully to the ground in the penalty area, where the Portuguese shot up close over the crossbar.

In the 78th minute, Juventus restored the tie. Captain Giorgio Chiellini followed up to Cristiano Ronaldo, who headed in close. Initially, the goal was not counted due to suspicions of ambush by the Portuguese, but after reviewing the situation with the VAR, Chief Judge Mikael Fabri pointed to the center.
