Chaos with the voting machines in Haskovo. The reason – the schedule of their delivery to the sections, drawn up by a private company, differs from that of the municipalities, which distribute the electoral materials to the commissions.
It also turned out that there were not enough minibuses for the machines to reach the sections.
The CEC said there were probably problems elsewhere, but it expected the machines to arrive at polling stations in the afternoon.

The truck with 347 voting machines arrived in Haskovo overnight under police surveillance and remained in the parking lot until morning.
The machines had to be reloaded in 11 vans and set off for the sections, but it turned out that there were not that many vans.
The representative of the private company responsible for its delivery in the Haskovo region refused to answer why there is a problem with the transport.
Two hours after the machines had to leave for the sections, the suitcases with machines were still lying in the parking lot.
At the same time, the distribution of electoral materials to the section commissions in Haskovo began, and in front of the sections members waited for the machines for hours.
After the intervention of the district administration, transport was found for the machines, but the delay in the schedule for their delivery to the sections was maintained.
Voting machines also arrived Veliko tarnovo. They will be installed in 313 of a total of 425 polling stations in the district. According to a previously prepared list, they were overloaded with “polling stations.”
DEC explained that its technical support is provided. One technician is responsible for three machines.
Parallel to its distribution, but in the municipality, the distribution of electoral materials began. To avoid overcrowding, the bags were also distributed by list and in strict compliance with anti-epidemic measures.
In Plovdiv and the region 897 voting machines arrived at a private base overnight. They were under surveillance.
