“There are also cases of people being quarantined at addresses other than the current and permanent ones. They also cannot vote unless they have submitted an application before March 20,” Dimitrov added.

They have been controlled by the Ministry of the Interior, the Prosecutor’s Office and the State National Security Agency so that there is no doubt of their reliability.
