CSKA sold striker Ali Sow to Russia, sources confirmed dsport. The Gambia’s new team will be Rostov, Blitz reported.
The Reds will receive the same transfer fee that Dijon would have paid for him: 4 million euros. Sow came close to joining the French team during the summer transfer window, but at the last minute the deal fell through and he remained with the Bulgarian army.
The Gambian has 101 games for the “Army” team, in which he scored 46 goals and gave 10 assists. He is the most successful foreigner in CSKA history.
