For a big mistake in “The Last Wins” he saw Plovdiv24.bg. This is a question asked in the third round of the program, which is crucial for the final ranking. Presenter Orlin Goranov asks participant Georgi Georgiev the following question:

“Who carried out the attack in Marseille, in which the Yugoslav king Alexander I was assassinated”. The competitor quite rightly responds that it is Velichko Kerin.

However, Goranov does not consider the answer to be true. He says the correct answer is Vlado Chernozemski, also known as Peter Keleman.

Big mistake. Velichko Kerin is the birth name of Vlado Chernozemski. Peter Keleman is one of the many pseudonyms Chernozemski uses. The mistake is even more surprising, because if Georgiev’s answer had been taken into account, he would have won the game.

Orlin Goranov can hardly be blamed for this omission. The blame must lie with the editor or compiler of the questions about this inadmissible ignorance of Bulgarian history.

However, it should be noted that “The Last Wins” is one of the significant programs on the Bulgarian air. It is a fun and informative family quiz show with four players. It consists of three circles with different areas of knowledge, in which the questions have different points. At the end of each round, one contestant is eliminated and the winner earns the right to compete in the next episode and play until someone else can beat him.

The error can be found in the video at 47:19.
