The Bayern Munich team has qualified for the final of the Club World Championship, which is currently being played in Qatar. The Bavarian grandmaster reached the semi-finals against African champion Al Ahly, winning 2-0.
Both goals for the success were scored by FIFA’s No. 1 Footballer for 2020: Robert Lewandowski. The Polish “goal machine” scored one in both halves at the “Ahmed bin Ali” stadium.
The match was played in front of an audience: 30% of the stadium capacity was allowed in the stadium, allowing 12,000 people to attend the stands. The symbolic hosts enjoyed serious support, but this did not help them towards the end goal.
In the final, Bayern Munich will face the Mexican Tigres team. The clash for the trophy is on Thursday at 8pm Bulgarian time.

The first ten minutes of the game were passed entirely under the dictates of the European great master. Bayern players seriously occupied half of their rival, who mostly defended. However, the German team received only a knock on Al Ahly’s door. In the 8th minute Serge Gnabri had a chance to head off a cross from Pavar, but sent the ball over the door.
In the 16th minute, the Al Ahly Ashraf defender made a nightmarish mistake, giving the ball to attacker Kingsley Koman, who, however, was surprised and could not play. Finally, Bayern reached a corner, after which Mueller shot with his head, but in the hands of the goalkeeper.
Bayern’s pressure still paid off in the 18th minute when FIFA’s number one footballer for 2020, Robert Lewandowski, opened the scoring. Koman snapped to the right parallel to the goal line, the ball landed on Gnabri, who immediately found Lewandowski eight meters from goal, and the Polish striker could not miss.
Two more knocks on the door of the Egyptian team followed, since the authors of both were Mark Roca. However, the guard El Shenavi survived this time.
The problems for the symbolic hosts were further compounded in the 28th minute, when they had to make a forced substitution. Ali Maalul suffered a thigh injury and was unable to continue the match. In his place Yasser Ibrahim appeared.
Serge Gnabri also had a very good chance to score after a long shot, but after a slight rebound the shot lost steam and was not a difficulty for the Egyptian point guard.
At the end of the first half, Bayern could have doubled their lead, but luck fell on the Egyptian players. After a strong cross from a Joshua Kimih foul, the Al Ahly goalkeeper did not play in the best way and killed the ball around the penalty spot. Fortunately for him, there were no Bayern players there to take a shot.
The second part definitely started better for Al Ahly. The Egyptian champion took the initiative and brought his game to the forefront and forced his German opponent to defend. However, despite the territorial advantage, the Africans found it difficult to cope with the dangers of Manuel Neuer.
Little by little, the Hansi Flick players leveled the game, but also found it difficult to organize dangerous attacks on the opponent’s goal. A quarter of an hour before the end of regulation time, the Bavarians reached a free kick on the edge of the penalty area from the left. Koman and Joshua Kimih tried a learned performance, but failed and couldn’t shoot the door.
