883 new cases of coronavirus have been identified in Bulgaria in the last 24 hours. This means that the number of people infected with COVID-19 in our country has increased compared to Wednesday, when it was 719. On Tuesday it was 967 and Monday 832.
The number of tests performed on Thursday was 10,541. By comparison, a total of 9,876 tests were performed on Wednesday and 11,452 on Tuesday.
Unfortunately, in the last 24 hours there have been 54 deaths from coronavirus, reports the Unified Information Portal. Thus, the total number of victims became 9,272.
The number of people who were cured for the first time in many days is less than the number of infected: 780 people.
The number of patients in our country already reaches 222,149, active cases are 20,545.
A total of 192,332 people were cured. 3,033 people were hospitalized, 277 are in the intensive care unit.
