The buyer is Sanmina Corp, which is based in San Jose, USA, and is among the leading manufacturers of electronics.
He takes over the management of the Plovdiv company, which specializes in ballasts and drivers. It employs about 800 people. The plant is built in an area of approximately 26 decares.
The two parties agreed not to disclose the exact financial parameters of the deal. However, the negotiations take years.
Buyer Sanmina has plants in 12 countries around the world.
