BNT begins broadcasting pre-election debates and debates every day, announced its CEO Emil Koshlukov on the “From the Day” program.
“As there will probably be no rallies due to the COVID pandemic, we are giving more airtime to parties and viewers,” Koshlukov explained.
The advertising programs “Panorama” and “Referendum” will also be dedicated to the electoral campaign, as well as the time after “Around the world and in Bulgaria” at 8:00 p.m., when the electoral chronicles will be broadcast. BNT will also make a column for young and new candidates.
In BNT TV centers in the country there will also be discussions between the local debates 2 or 3 times a week.
Public television will probably also broadcast a program for the sectional commissions to train the people who will join them. The commissions will employ 70,000 people, who cannot come together at this time to go through training. That is why BNT is negotiating with the CEC to organize a program similar to the television training of the students during the confinement.
