A drunk driver drove his jeep onto the terrace of an apartment building. This happened at noon in the Druzhba-1 district of the capital.
The man was driving with 2.51 per thousand alcohol in his blood, NOVA learned. He is not a criminal.
Minutes before crashing into the terrace, however, he was involved in another minor accident and tried to escape. Then it hit the terrace of Block 8. The impact literally ripped off part of the balcony and the insulation. At that time, there were two children in the apartment. Fortunately, no one was injured.
