The GERB deputies have introduced legal changes, with the adoption of which the declared illegal construction of the beach in Rosenets, where the summer residence of the honorary president of MRF Ahmed Dogan is located, can be preserved, announced the co-president of Democratic Bulgaria Hristo Ivanov. It is a two-story house built on the sand, meters from the water. The municipality of Burgas issued an order last August to remove it. His appeal was rejected by the Burgas Administrative Court, but the Supreme Administrative Court reversed that decision. Therefore, the removal of the building was blocked.
Before the holidays

However, the new texts only modify the transitory and final provisions of this law, which rewrite the Law of Maritime Areas, Inland Waterways and Ports.
The texts thus formed affirm that The construction or parts of construction works that are buildings for seasonal use and bordering fishing or specialized ports are not subject to removal and are admissible. To do this, buildings must meet several conditions. First, they must be in territories with an approved general development plan. You must then comply with “the general structure and the prevailing regime in the territory“and not be dangerous and unusable. In addition, the modifications establish that the procedures initiated before the entry into force of this law will be terminated.
There are no reasons for the invoice. The way it is approached is typical of GERB. Governments love to change laws this way.
The fight is not for the building
“The fight here is for Dogan’s status as a man above the law. As a person for whom all institutions work“Ivanov said in a live broadcast from Rosenets.
According to him, the Dogansarai marina can easily be turned into a fishing port with a few twists and turns. Ivanov said that GERB will try to say that this change is being introduced to regulate the status of fishing villages that have sprung up in different places.
“In fact, the target of this action is not the fishermen. The purpose of this action is this fisherman, who for at least 30 years fished in the murky waters of Bulgarian politics.“Ivanov said.
A day earlier, Burgas councilor Dimitar Naydenov announced that grass was planted on the beach and the owner of the buildings wanted the property to be registered as agricultural land. On Sunday, about 30 people with picks and shovels removed the ryegrass from the site.
Closed eyes
After years of closing their eyes, the institutions finally discovered that there was a problem with Dogan’s summer residence last summer. Then Ivanov managed to get to the beach in a rubber boat, but was chased away by the NSO state security guards. The scandal that followed was one of the main reasons for the anti-government protests of the summer.
Subsequently, the city council of Burgas, which was preparing to transfer the road to Saraya in private hands, abandoned this decision. He did it in a way that would leave a loophole to appeal the withdrawal. The case is not over yet.
