Damage to cars is serious too
Two people were injured tonight in a serious chain accident on the Sofia ring road. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. in the Simeonovsko Shosse area. Between 8 and 10 cars collided.
According to information from the Emergency Service, two people were injured: a 36-year-old woman with a head injury and suspected concussion, as well as a 46-year-old man. The woman was taken to Pirogov, the man to the Military Medical Academy.
Damage to cars is also serious.
One possible reason is icing on the road, as temperatures dropped dramatically tonight.
The police continued with the inspections.
