The 8-year-old boy died in a ridiculous accident
The father of the father of the host child was charged with the death of the Mezdra child. The accused is the owner of the house where the 8-year-old boy died.
The crime is typified in art. 338 paragraph 3 of the Penal Code, that is, for causing death by negligence as a consequence of the possession of firearms and ammunition.

As reported by NOVA, hunting rifles, a semi-automatic hunting rifle and a hunting rifle were found in a search of the house. The weapons were the legal property of the father of the host child, but were stored in violation of the law in the basement of the house. A box of cartridges, caliber 30-06, was found in his jacket pocket and hunting cartridges were placed on a shelf.
The man was detained yesterday for 24 hours. Shortly after 8:30 pm tonight, he was charged and detained with a warrant for up to 72 hours.

Pre-trial proceedings in the case are under special supervision at the Vratsa District Prosecutor’s Office and the Sofia Appeal Prosecutor’s Office.
Numerous expert examinations are pending, including forensic, ballistic, chemical and psychological-psychiatric.
