On the Black Sea coast it will be cloudy with rains. It will blow with a moderate wind from the northeast. The maximum temperatures will be 9 to 10 ° in the north to 14 to 15 ° in the south. The sea water temperature is 9-10 °. The wave of the sea will be 2 points.
