The bailiff put the famous guest house “Mamin Kolyo” in Bansko, owned by Metodi Stoyanov, back on the counter. The building consists of two apartments of 70 m2 and one of 120 m2, as well as a tavern and a patio. It is interesting that the site on N8 Bulgaria street has been preserved for life in favor of Stoyanov’s father, Nikola Hadjistoyanov, who is one of the first hoteliers and restaurateurs in the resort town, writes Struma.com.
This means that the person who buys 3 apartments of the house, the tavern and the half decara patio will not have the legal right to evict the father of the former owner. There is no option to pay the rent, because the documents clearly state that Nikola Hadjistoyanov can live in his son’s house for the rest of his life.
The courtyard of the house is valued at BGN 15,628, the tavern, whose area is 160 square meters, is sold for BGN 103,069, the smaller apartments, for BGN 44,439 one, and the large apartment in the house is valued at BGN 78,220 . Another attempt to sell the property, but so far no buyer has turned up. The guardian of the site is the former owner Metodi Stoyanov, who is obliged to provide access to anyone who wants to see the property.
The building was first announced for public sale in 2014 due to a delinquent bank loan, and since then the price has barely budged.
