The girl weighs 3.2 kilograms and measures 50 centimeters
A minute after midnight, this year’s first baby cried at the Varna specialized obstetric hospital, the medical institution announced. The girl weighs 3.2 kilograms and is 50 centimeters tall. The hospital closes 2020 with 2,099 births, the last of a child who cried at 10:50 p.m. on December 31.

There were also births on New Year’s Eve at the city’s District Hospital. The first baby this year is a boy who was born around 05:00 this morning.
The Varna police press service added that New Year’s Eve passed peacefully, without incident.
