Borissov: Send this sick year, welcome the new with optimism.

“Let’s send this sick year to the world and welcome the new year with more optimism.” This was stated by Prime Minister Boyko Borissov in a working meeting in the Council of Ministers.

According to him, the measures against the coronary crisis have yielded results.

Borissov pointed out that compliance with the measures also improves the pandemic situation in the country. It is a ray of hope for younger students to return to the classroom, and after the business hit, state support will continue.

“With all our measures we managed to get her to 24th place. So for all those who discussed the measures with us, whether they are right or wrong, this is a wonderful answer,” Borissov said.

“There is no cure for COVID-19. We are currently struggling with the vaccines that have been recommended to us to get out of the pandemic. So far, the state has allocated a total of 305 million for vaccines,” he explained.

The next delivery of the vaccine will be in the week of January 4 to 8 and will be in the amount of 25,000 doses.
