Earlier this morning, Atanaska D., 48 years old from Plovdiv, decided to check if this was not his money, he lost a month ago and went to the police station. Yesterday he saw the message that said that the owner of a sum of money was sought in an envelope.
The woman took an envelope to the police, in which they paid bonuses for their work and gave them food stamps. After investigators were convinced that the envelope matched the lost ones, they established the exact amount and the denominators on the bills returned the money to Atanaska.
The woman works in a company in the “Trakia” industrial zone and often shopped in the neighborhood. She lives in “Proslav” and suspects that someone had stolen the money from her purse, so she has not reported to the police so far.
Atanaska wanted to personally thank Velichka, 22, who found the envelope, but did not answer the phone.
