Former Levski and national team coach Stanimir Stoilov approaches the coach position at Ludogorets, reports “24 hours”.
The final negotiations on his contract, due to be announced before the New Year, are ongoing. Murray has not worked since November 2018, when he left the Kazakhstan national team.
He then received several offers, which he declined. The specialist is considered one of the best Bulgarian coaches and fits perfectly the profile to develop new ones at Ludogorets, which is in the process of replacing his entire squad.
Together with Nasko Sirakov Murray he made up Levski’s strongest team, which played in the Champions League groups. He then set a ton of records with Astana of Kazakhstan before taking over the country’s national team.
Ludogorets is urgently looking for a replacement for Pavel Varba, who left a few months ago. Since then, the team was led by Stanislav Genchev, but with the license of Yakov Paparkov. Genchev certainly remains in the new headquarters of Stanimir Stoilov, who generally works everywhere with Tsanko Tsvetanov and Said Ibraimov.
