According to Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, the measures introduced in the country were “very timely, precise and respectful to the maximum of freedom, rights and movement of people.”

“The pressure on intensive care units has diminished. Our great joy is that the healed are many times more than the newly infected,” emphasized the Prime Minister.

Prof.Baltov: More and more doctors want to get vaccinated against COVID-19

Borissov pointed out that more and more information about vaccines is arriving and that is why health authorities will be able to explain it to people.

“Different vaccines will arrive so that GPs can know who is the best. Those who arrive by then, about 70-80,000, will be put in the front line and everyone else,” said the Prime Minister.

“You will see that we will reach the percentage now that our iconic doctors see it, those who believe in science and medicine. I even spoke to Mangarov, and they will vaccinate him. And vaccinate him in public, because he told me that he is 100% for vaccination ”, urged Borissov.

During the Prime Minister’s visit, the director of “St. Anna”, Dr. Slavcho Bliznakov, pointed out that there was a period when all the beds for COVID-19 patients in the hospital were occupied by patients. More than 30,000 patients pass through the hospital each year, as the hospital is the highest technology.
