Anti-government protesters held their regular march through central Sofia, BNR reported.
Tonight they demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and Chief Prosecutor Ivan Geshev.
The protest began in the Plaza de la Independencia. The speeches called the residents of the mixed zones to come to the square on January 13, when the new National Protest is scheduled.
According to the protesters, the prime minister is trying to use people from these areas for elections. That is why they – “should not allow this character to enter homes and streets.”
During the march, the protesters stopped in front of the French embassy. They asked the French media to heed calls for the resignation of the government.
In front of the Spanish embassy, the protesters recalled the so-called Barcelonagate case.
Speakers noted that the Bulgarian prosecution did not pay attention to the case. Therefore, hopes are focused on the Spanish Prosecutor’s Office and Court.
It stopped traffic at intersections downtown for a short time.
