The death of 69-year-old Anelia Tancheva became apparent during a lawsuit in the Veliko Tarnovo District Court late last week. There, Tancheva challenged one of his sentences. The magistrates received a restitution summons from the prison with a cover letter stating that the 69-year-old woman died in prison on November 22. However, the cause of death was not yet clear, so the case was postponed until February next year. It was only certain that Tancheva did not commit suicide.
The broker appeals a 5-year sentence for fraud involving the fields of a woman from the town of Resen. Thus, in about two years, Tancheva received three effective sentences, which the prosecution reported as her own record.
