A noisy party of more than 40 people at the Hotel Edia restaurant in Sandanski was cut short after a surprise assault by police and RHI, writes Struma.com.
A signal for the party arrived tonight (December 20) to the city police, where they informed the RHI and various teams arrived at the scene. It turned out that despite the explicit ban, the hotel’s restaurant, owned by the famous Sandanski Ivan P., nicknamed Vancho Ghazi, was up and running and the celebrators lined up side by side were enjoying themselves with crazy music and dancing.
All those present were taken to the police to sign protocols and face a serious fine. The restaurant owner will also pay a hefty fine, who will also be criminally liable for his actions.
Sandanski police, who verified the sign, decided the violation could only happen with a warning protocol, but an order from management sent them back to the hotel for minutes and fines, Sandanski residents say.
The measures against violators of the anti-epidemic measures are tough, RHI teams working 24 hours a day and the police are on duty to avoid the crowds and control the order. In the case of the Hotel Edia, there is a serious violation of the measures.
