According to sources from the regional publication, Valev and Milen Radev, known in the city by the nickname Ludia, met in the apartment on the second floor of entrance 9, when drunkenness caused the death of the 37-year-old burgas.

Radev was killed in an extremely cruel way. He was stabbed more than 30 times with a knife, with cuts all over his body. His body was locked in the apartment for between 3 and 5 days, while on December 16 his father found him lying on the floor of the living room, covered in dried blood and wrapped in a Rhodope blanket.

When his father entered the property, the front door to the apartment was locked, suggesting that Dragomir Valev had a key. After the conflict that arose between him and Milen, which led to the bloody drama, Valev killed him with his knife and left the apartment, closing the entrance door from the outside.

Ludia and Dragomir were good friends, often meeting with other people from marginalized communities in the city, most of whom were from Valev’s company. Milen’s regular companions had lost contact with him for some time. It is not clear if the cause of his death was just a scandal caused by the alcohol he drank during the party or if his motives were caused by other problems between them.

Valev is known to be a former prisoner. He was lying down for about 8 years for murder, the victim was stabbed again. We remind you that in 2011, again in early December, the 54-year-old homeless man, Ivan, was convicted of arson. The wounded man was found on a bench at the intersection of Aleksandrovska and Apostol Karamitev streets. Dragomir spent the night in an abandoned Ford car parked in the courtyard of a building at 5 Slivnitsa Street in Burgas. The folding knife with which he stabbed Ivan was found in him. The motive for the murder was caused by the same reason: the two vagrants drank a large amount of alcohol in Troikata Square. Drunk now, a scandal broke out between them. Dragomir started threatening to kill, pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the neck of the victim. Then he ran away and hid.

In the summer, Valev again committed a crime by stabbing a 57-year-old security guard at the Horse Base in the Pepino block area in Burgas.

Dragomir Valev, 31, must be charged.
