The PFC Botev Association has made a decision in principle to transfer a majority stake in a company to Russian businessman Anton Zingarevich.
The decision was made after an online vote over the weekend, conducted among Association members with a call to approve or reject the four unlocked applications:

Fans of the club met with representatives of Zingarevich.
Acquisition of 60% of the shares;
Contract for the exclusive use of the emblem for the duration of the contract;

The majority of the members voted in favor of starting the negotiations under the established conditions.
Later on Sunday, an online meeting of the organization’s members, guardians of the club’s logo and traditions was held. In the context of the concerns expressed by the members regarding the fourth condition in particular, the Association will do everything possible to protect the interests of the public of Botev, insisting on transparency regarding the financial situation of the club and the general management of the club.
