The poisonous trio, who are organizing the anti-government protests, intend to work together with “Democratic Bulgaria”, Maya Manolova’s “Stand Up.bg” and Slavi Trifonov’s party for a joint appearance in the upcoming parliamentary elections they told Darik Radio today. members Arman Babikyan, Velislav Minekov and Nikolay Hadjigenov. They specified that they will not party, but the registration of another party will be used. A condition for the joint work of the trio is that 70% of the people on the lists of deputies are citizens, not politicians.

The trio wants their future partners to say they are in favor of fair elections and to announce who they would form a coalition with if they entered parliament. Another condition is to declare the future joint work for change, said Velislav Minekov.

Also on Darik Radio, the co-president of Democratic Bulgaria, Hristo Ivanov, commented that at the moment there is no understanding for joint actions with the Poison Trio. “I am very concerned that we will see another situation where someone wants to be a unifier and this only creates a division of the people. If someone wants to form a pre-electoral coalition, it means agreeing on a common governance platform. This means clarifying who what kind of entity is and how he makes decisions, “he said.

So far, the “Poison Trio” has an agreement for joint actions for the elections only with “Stand Up.bg”. Today, in front of “Darik Radio”, Manolova announced that the official agreement with the “Poison Trio” for joint participation in the elections will be signed next week. “Other steps are the joint observation of the elections and the parallel count, so that together we can hold the elections with Slavi Trifonov’s party. I hope we will have joint actions before the elections, but an agreement on values and priorities is also important after the elections. ” have a critical majority in the next parliament, “he added.

Voting from a distance is a threat to those in power

Any kind of distance voting is a serious threat to the ruling party, added Velislav Minekov. According to him, if it is introduced, the parliament will not be what it is now, at least by the votes of Bulgarians abroad.

Minekov denied rumors that he might leave the trio over the decision to work alongside the Maya Manolova movement.

Nikolay Hadjigenov called elections as soon as possible, if the epidemiological situation allows. Arman Babikyan is more in favor of the April elections, so the turnout will be higher.

According to him, the requirement that parties provide a certain number of signatures to be able to register in elections should be removed, because this carries the risk of spreading the infection. Babikyan summarized that the protests have done everything possible and now there is the other step: the elections.
