The deputy mayor’s speech immediately provoked the mobilization of citizens who for years have protested against the redevelopment of the Mladost district, where more than 100,000 people live.
It is not yet clear whether it will be a new neighborhood or an extension of an existing one in the area, but of the plans under consideration, in addition to a boulevard, buildings will be built there.
