During his annual press conference, Russian President Vladimir Putin answered the question of where the spread of the coronavirus began. According to the Russian leader, today there are many rumors about the origin of the new coronavirus infection.
“There are a lot of rumors, I don’t want to talk about it in front of the whole country and the whole world. Nothing has been confirmed yet,” Putin said, citing US accusations against China.
Putin pointed out that today is not the time to search for the culprits, but it is necessary to join forces to combat the problem.
The Russian president has denied rumors that he has been vaccinated and said he will do so as soon as possible.
The head of state indicated that he was listening to the opinion of the experts. Russian vaccines in circulation are currently being made available to citizens “in a certain age zone” where they are not currently found.
“Vaccines have yet to reach people like me. I repeat once again, in this sense I am a very law-abiding person, I listen to the recommendations of our specialists and that is why I have not yet received this vaccine, but I will definitely do it as soon as possible. Putin stressed.
