A woman with COVID-19 from Sofia described a very strange symptom of the virus – Diseases

The symptoms that people who have had coronavirus describe are becoming more common. From the postings of various groups on Facebook, it is clear that the most common are loss of smell and taste; at least 80% of Bulgarians describe them.

There are those who have had it without coughing, but have received horrible conjunctivitis. Others say it was as if someone had thrown sand down their throats, how unpleasant and irritating the sensation was.

Dry nose is the earliest symptom of the coronavirus

In addition to the loss of taste and smell, some people speak of many strange experiences. They describe that within 8-9 days of the onset of the disease they began to feel a sweet metallic taste in their mouth.

“I have a very unpleasant metallic taste in my mouth. At the same time, I do not taste the food at all, just something metallic, sweet, disgusting,” said a resident of Sofia who is currently battling the disease.

Others speak of ghost smells. Most describe it as a burnt tire.
