When setting the new heating prices from July, which will be valid for a whole year, the EWRC stated that the annual heating price was approximately 12% lower than last year. Subscribers of the largest company Toplofikatsiya Sofia already pay BGN 82.09 per MWh, while last season they paid BGN 95.64. the capital for the current season should be 3.50% compared to the previous one, the EWRC explained then.
However, the November accounts show the opposite. Trud asked Toplofikacia Sofia for a comment, but her spokesperson Elizabeth Pavlova is in the hospital.
Subscribers can now verify their heating bills for November on the Toplofikatsiya Sofia website, under Account Verification by entering the Facility Number and the Contract Account Number. The two numbers are written in the upper right corner of the invoice that the company sends to its customers.
