Bozhidar Krumov, 57, detained for the murder in the Tri Chuchura neighborhood of Stara Zagora, made partial confessions on Monday night, 24 which Chasa has learned from people close to the investigation.
According to him, he and his guest got into a fight after drinking alcohol and the host hit him on the head with a bottle. Later on, Bozhidar’s memories are hazy and unclear. The investigation of the case continues, until now Bozhidar Krumov has been in custody for 72 hours with a decree from the prosecutor.
He is charged with murder under art. 115 of the Penal Code, which provides for between 10 and 20 years in prison. “If it turns out that the victim’s death occurred in a particularly cruel manner, the charge may be reclassified as more serious,” said District Attorney Said Atanasov.
The dismemberment of the corpse and the concealment of the traces of the crime in this way were not the subject of this accusation because they did not cause pain to the murdered.
