More new infected today and an increase in deaths
2,095 are the new cases of COVID-19, with 5,298 PCR tests performed. 39.5% are positive samples, according to data from the National Information Portal.
The capital is once again at the top of the negative ranking in terms of the number of infected with 312 cases, followed by Plovdiv with 273 and Varna – 156.
Active cases in the country are 90 128. There was a significant decrease in the number of hospitalized patients – 7 045. The number of patients admitted to intensive care units also decreased, which was 580.
1,858 people were cured and 150 died.
