North Macedonia is not to blame for Bulgaria’s decision. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Macedonia, Zoran Zaev, quoted by Nova Makedonija.
The prime minister made a report on the first three months of the government’s work. An agreement with Bulgaria is a priority for the government.
The country did not agree to start European talks with the Macedonian government. Bulgarian representatives insist that bilateral issues be resolved first.
Zaev said his government and his country are not responsible for the decision. He reiterated that the Macedonian identity could not be negotiated.
It is recalled that the right to self-determination is guaranteed by all international groups. The dispute is expected to be resolved soon.
The cabinet continues with reforms in the country.
