In the afternoon it will remain cloudy with rain, significant in many places, again mainly in southern Bulgaria. In northwestern Bulgaria and the eastern regions, the rains will temporarily cease. A moderate to strong south-southeast wind will blow in eastern Bulgaria.
Maximum temperatures will again be in a wide range, from 4 ° in the northwest to 13 ° -14 ° in the east.
During the night the rains will continue. In Central Bulgaria a first degree warning, code yellow, is in force for large quantities.
The wind will weaken, only in the eastern regions it will be moderate. Minimum temperatures will be 1 ° to 6 °. In the morning, the fog will re-form over the plains and lowlands.
Tomorrow, before noon, in most areas the rains will stop, at the latest in Northeast Bulgaria. The clouds will remain mostly significant, but there will be more significant temporary breaks.
The wind will be oriented from the south-southwest and will be weak, in eastern Bulgaria, to moderate. The maximum temperatures will be between 8 ° and 13 °.
In the southwest afternoon the clouds will increase again and the night before Saturday will begin new precipitation.
In the mountains in the morning, the clouds will remain significant, in some places there will be fog. Mostly, there will be light precipitations because of the rain, about 1500 meters, due to the snow. At noon, the rains will cease everywhere and the clouds will break and temporarily subside. A new increase in cloud cover will begin in the afternoon from the southwest. The wind will weaken and will be oriented west-southwest, it will be moderate to strong.
During the weekend it will rain in many parts of the country, more than 1200 m of snow, and the amounts in central and eastern Bulgaria will be more significant. It will stay relatively warm in mid-December, especially in eastern Bulgaria. It will continue to rain on Monday. Cooling is also expected. On Tuesday the precipitation will stop and the clouds will turn sunny.
