A 53-year-old man from Sofia managed to simultaneously commit five violations of the law while parking on a street in Plovdiv. This was established by the investigation of employees of the “Municipal Police”.
The unfortunate maneuver took place this morning at 13 Konstantin Irechek Street, police specified.
The license plate numbers of the car that the offender purchased from Kyustendil were removed, but the vehicle was canceled due to an unpaid policy of mandatory Liability Insurance.
He stopped on a one-way street in a place reserved for the disabled without a document.
The driver was also wanted by the police as a witness in a civil case. A reference in the files of the Ministry of the Interior shows that Yani D., 53, has had a driver’s license for 24 years and has received 18 certificates and 14 slips so far.
The offenses committed by him are mainly related to improper parking and driving without a seat belt. Two of the acts are for recorded speed violations.
The actions of the employees of the Municipal and Traffic Police are one more proof of the immediate reaction of the forces of order, from the moment of verifying the violation until the establishment and punishment of the guilty driver.
