The investigation into the Varna tragedy, in which three people were found dead in a residential building in the city center, continues.
“Currently the main version of the police is a double murder with subsequent suicide,” Interior Ministry Commissioner Ivaylo Ivanov, who assured Varna residents that a triple killer is not free, told Hello Bulgaria.

The results of the autopsies of the bodies, as well as the ballistic examinations, are still awaited. We remind you that the victims of the tragedy are 2 Bulgarians and a Swedish citizen, and many weapons and ammunition were found in the apartment. There was also information that a girl jumped from the balcony of the building, but it is unclear if this is the balcony of the apartment where the murder occurred.
Police said they would provide more information on the case later that day.
