So far, a total of 161,421 cases of the new coronavirus have been confirmed in Bulgaria. The active cases are 94,378. The cured are 62246. Of these, 1,573 were registered in the last 24 hours.
7,000 patients with confirmed coronavirus infection were admitted to hospitals. 516 of them are in intensive care units and clinics.
The National Information System shows that COVID-19 was found in 6935 medical people-employees in our country. 46 new cases were registered during the last 24 hours. 10 of them were found by doctors, 22 – by nurses, 7 – by nurses and 7 – by other medical personnel.
4,797 are the deceased in which the new coronavirus was found. The new cases registered in the last 24 hours are 68.
