The moments before midnight are definitely the most valuable, so it is very important that our body falls asleep before 00:00. The best hours to rest the body are between 22:00 and 6:00 in the morning.
The area of the brain called the circadian timer helps regulate the movement and function of every cell in the body with the level of light and darkness in the environment.
“As the light level drops below a certain limit, it sends a message through the eyes to the pineal gland, and then every cell in the body begins to adjust its functions,” Ramlahan explained.
